    Smile Changing Plans Problems

    Hello guys, on 27th of October i submitted a plan change form to bsnl. My earlier plan was Home 500 & now i decided to change to Home 750 unlimited. Now i am experiencing low download speed of 60kbps as it was 200+ kbps earlier. This means that my plan is changed. But on data(dot)bsnl(dot)in/wps/myportal/ there is nothing written about my plan change. I contact customer care twice & they said my plan is changed on 1st of November. But i want to confirm it before starting to download in day time. Whom should i concern about it to make sure that my plan is changed? Does it take time to update in the portal that my plan is changed? Cuz i am getting slow download speed for 3 days now. Will they charge me if i download in day time now?

    1. Log in to data.bsnl.in

    2. Under postpaid orders,enter your phone no in the prescribed format and hit search orders.

    3. Post the screen shot after blackening personal details.

    Here you will find your plan provisioned or future dated with effective date.

    Hi, as i already mentioned i my first post that there is nothing written in my orders about the plan change. Here is a SS.

    Strange. It should mean that your request is yet to be processed.

    Check your usage details. If it is unlimited plan, Chargeable units excluding night unlimited will be zero.

    Hi, till october 31st, its showing usage. But when i try to check november month's usage, it says "Sorry, no records found". I am scared to download in daytime, i dont want a long bill next month.
    Althought, i called customer care twice & they said my plan has changed.

    Sad. Wait till usage details appear. Download only if it say usage as zero. You plan request seemed unattended. Refer this
