Hello guys, on 27th of October i submitted a plan change form to bsnl. My earlier plan was Home 500 & now i decided to change to Home 750 unlimited. Now i am experiencing low download speed of 60kbps as it was 200+ kbps earlier. This means that my plan is changed. But on data(dot)bsnl(dot)in/wps/myportal/ there is nothing written about my plan change. I contact customer care twice & they said my plan is changed on 1st of November. But i want to confirm it before starting to download in day time. Whom should i concern about it to make sure that my plan is changed? Does it take time to update in the portal that my plan is changed? Cuz i am getting slow download speed for 3 days now. Will they charge me if i download in day time now?
