Thread: How to get BSNL Broadband in Lucknow

I am looking for broadband connection and already have Landline, can any one please let me know the process to get. online does not seem to be working any more.

Go to your local exchange and give an application there. Since you already have a land line, it is just server end work to give you a new connection. Make regular follow up calls. Also you get a 20% discount if you are a government or PSU employee.
