Hi Friends,
I opted for the UL499 plan from this month. I did not use the Internet till 4th Nov. And From yesterday I started using it. But I'm getting the same speed i.e 2Mbps. So it my plan started.
Here the portal doesn't work. If we go to data.bsnl.in then we need to redirect to BSNL Customer Care Portal
on the new portal I can just see the name of my current plan but there is nothing like "Provisioned" or anything.
So is my plan starteD?
