Thread: problem with my d-link modem glb-802c

I have a problem with my D-Link broadband modem MODEL is
GLB-802c 1-Port Ethernet & USB ADSL2+ Router
problem:


Whenever my TV switch is in ON mode my modem DSL signal is Disable.that Television and my modems are in different rooms,

when TV switch is is OFF mode my modem is start working,

so please tell me the solution about my problem,how can i solve it?

Is it a Plasma TV?
Appears power supply smps is radiating all harmonics.
Change the location of the modem and try a different power phase
( if available).
Use Surge limiter power board.
Are you using UPS supply ?

I tried all these..!


and also i tried with another modem its working.but my old modem can not work..plz help me

Use a short Rj45 cable or a screened one.
Mention modem model, which was not affected with TV on .
