Thread: Not Getting Full Speed in 750 UL plan

Previously I used to get 55 to 60 KBps speed in 750 UL Plan but now I am getting just 30 KBps.

I Not even changed my plan. Dont know why I am getting this speed. Its like the same old 750 UL where we used to get 30 KBps.

Are u facing the same issue or its just me?

Presume speed for BB HOME750 U/L is upto 512 Kbps now.

How Upload speed is better than download speed ?very rare for BSNL.
Mention your modem make,
and ensure Annex M is disabled.

The speed was fine 5 days back but dont know what happened suddenly I was not able to download with the full speed of 55 to 60.

And yeah the upload speed is faster than download

Using UL 750. Just checked, speed working fine for me.

I think it is some error from BSNL side. Please check with the Senior Divisional Engineer at your exchange.

Unusual for BSNL ADSL line to show higher U/L speed.
If on Dialer mode try PPP/PPPoE 0R visa versa.

Possible options :

1. Try system restore.

2. Disable firewall and check.

3. Disable antivirus and check.
