Default I want to connect Teracom T2 manually

    Modem/Router - Teracom T2-B-Gawv1.4U10Y-BI
    OS - Windows XP
    Plan - UL 750

My brother left for his studies with his laptop and now i disabled the wireless.

Now i want to set up the modem such that i can connect it manually from the start menu --> settings --> network connctions --> Bsnlbb --> Connect

Pardon me if I ask Newbie questions...

Presume you don't want the internet connection to come up immediately , and would like to use a DIALER and enter userid and PW to connect.
Please see this link for screen shots and select "BRIDGED"
    https://docs.google.com/present/view...njx_14fhxf7xcf
in wan Page. SAVE and REBOOT.
    Also the teracom link below.
    2. for dialer:
Start menu --> settings --> network connctions - Create an Internet connection. follow instructions.

If you still have Internet connection, suggest you save the present settings (configuration ) or BACKUP to say C:/My Documents/Modem in always on mode.
    See under management. confirm.
