    Default data.bsnl.in - is not working.

    Hi
    I dont know what has happened to data.bsnl.in, when i am logging in another window was opening now. yesterday it was working well but today i dont know what has happened. my friend is also having the same problem. we cant check the usage. do u also have the same problem????

    Please mention your location. May be your circle has been moved to self care portal. Check whether your circle is listed in the list.

    Just checked. Working fine for me.

    no it is not in the list

    i'm in Jamshedpur (jharkhand)

    how if i would use 2nd one becoz Ranchi is 130km from Jamshedpur

    but when I click on it the BSNL Customer care website is opening and ask for user registration
    should I register????

    Normally the message you got is displayed when your circle is no longer available in the portal. Or may be a temporary error.

    1. Try registering in Ranchi and check. No harm in it.

    2. Just in case, check with someone reliable at exchange.

    3. Use Shaplus or Networx to keep an eye on the usage.

    i cant register it was telling that

    Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service.

    A few other members also faced this problem. They solved it by calling customer care from where they got the code.

    Purely depends on luck. If your circle has been changed to Ranchi, you will be able to see your usage. Please do update here either case.

    There is nothing much we could do. It completely depends on BSNL

    I went bsnl cc and get information that they are changing a old billing system and aquaring a new billing system there4 they r building a new computers and therefore they have stopped the service. they told that u will get customer id when u will get a new upcoming bill.

    Please see NOTE. Mainly for Telephone users.Online billing/payment etc.

    I check mine at billchn.bsnl.co.in
    http://billchn.bsnl.co.in/index.html
    No broadband usage. menu included.
    Check as usual at usage or selfcare portals.
    Each circle is including different menu.

    Could you please confirm whether new billing system is started or not in jamshedpur. I am also trying to register on selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in but still no success..

    at least i got new thing that every zone have separate website. Nice sharing from your side.

    still i am getting error . could please confirm whether this new billing system is implemented in our city jamshedpur (jharkhand.)
    actually my purpose is to get detail billing for my landline. I have broad band also.

    Hi, @PAUL.1911...

    I am able to register succesfully in selfcare website... my landline belongs to jamshedpur SSA. you can also see your call and BB usage details..
