I am from hyderabad.
Using bsnl broad band from last 2 years and i never faced a single problem but from 2 months or so broadband is disconnecting every few minutes and importantly in BSNL working hours (appx from 10AM - 6PM).
I have no problem in other timings and BSNL non working days
Cant hear any disturbance in line and below are my details
