Thread: A strange problem

I have been using BSNL broadband since 2008. Recently i am having this problem.
i normally surf on internet...
sometimes after a while all the websites stops loading...
it happens on all browsers.... it shows that internet is connected but actually NOT
it says page not found on google chrome and other errors on ie and firefox

i reconnect but nothing happens
it lasts for 3-5 minutes and again sites load....
someone pls help

I guess the Problem is from the BSNL side

1. Try the following DNS values

208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8.8

2. Post your SNR and attenuation values.

No there is nothing problem from bsnl side, sometimes it also happens to me then i understand that my computer needs formatting...so when I format C: and loads OS and all required softwares with fresh it works fine.
sometimes this was happen due to corruption in some file system.
so i recommend u to load load xp or win 7 again which ever u use.

but first u should see that ur windows firewall is enabled or not...becoz this problem was also occur when the firewall is disabled.
