It also has a VOIP port. How do I set this up?? I use BB 1700 plan.. 2mbps upto 40GB then 512kbps(unlimited)

1. Configure in PPPoE mode.

3. In the TCP/IP properties of your connection, set " Obtain IP address automatically "

Did you try test site I had given ? for VOIP?
Give details of the VOIP provider.

These are the options in the advanced view option in the SIP settings page.
I did see the site u told me about. but that restricts me to call any other people exept its members. Are you saying that even though I configure settings through my modem... i have to pay?? leaving alone broabband charges ofcourse!?

OBTAIN A SIP ACCOUNT FROM ANY VoIP SERVICE PROVIDERS.
