    Hello sir/madam,

Presently i'm getting only 48 kbps of net speed. i'm sure that there are no viruses/malwares in my system.

My net plan BSNL, UnLimited 750 BroadBand

Even after formatting i'm getting this same speed....

And i also checked my Network card, connection line and also the modem too through my service center.

But my problem not yet solved through....

Could you explain me how to do this for my modem....

    Category : DSL Type 1
    Model number: T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5

For your Reference: i also tried PF config tool but its not showing my modem in its list....

My Broadband Speed - Broadband Speed Tester ( U.K. server)
Maximum speed for 750 plan 512Kbps divided by 8= 64KB/sec

Me too on UL 750. Are you confused between Kbps and KBps ?

    512 Kbps = 64 KBps.

Anything around 55- 60 KBps is good speed for this plan.

Port forwarding will help in case of torrents only. Which mode are you using ? PPPoE or Bridge ? If bridge, there is no need for port forwarding, all ports are open by default.

Speed on torrents also depend on no. of seeds and peers. Try a public tracker with enough seeds.

    This may help
