Sub: My complaint regarding high charging bill by BSNL dated on 6 oct 2010
I have BSNL Broadband connection (250- home plan ). I got connection on 10 aug 2010 on my existing telephone no:079-25855708.we use this net connection facility for two months from 10 aug 2010 to 27 sep 2010. and we pay first bill of RS. 1515 dated on 6 sep 2010. on 27 sep 2010 we make an application for removing BSNL Broadband connection at VATVA EXCHANGE (AHMEDABAD) . eventhogh we got second bill of RS. 1971 dated on 6 oct 2010, which is too high. my landline is only incoming and its monthly charge approximately of RS 99. if i have only 250- home plan scheme and i have to pay bill of that approximate of RS 2000, it is not acceptable. it is cheating ,fruad by BSNL to their customer. I make complaint regarding that to many BSNL officer they are not reddy to give proper solution for that.
some bad quality of BSNL officer
1. Misbehavior with customer
2. Not prompt to the customer complaint
3. Rudly talk
4. Irresponsible regarding their work
one thing that they say they are not fully aware about the BSNL broadband service.this say how they make fool to customers.
I have take modem on rental basis and that i have deposit on 27 sep 2010.
I request you sir please give me better solution for that .
