Thread: BSNL Sancharnet issue

Guys,
I know this question is not actually related to broadband but I couldn't find any other appropriate place, so I am posting it here.

My father has a BSNL good old internet connection with Sancharnet. He used to buy those 100 hours of Dialup internet through Sancharnet. I used to set him up the account online with the activation etc.

For the last few weeks, registration. sancharnet. in:8080 BSNL Portal[/url] is not working. Looks like my dad's dialup hours have expired and now I can't get into his account to renew his dialup account.

Can someone suggest some solution? What would be the best alternative to the Sancharnet dialup thing.??

if the delay in RENEWAL is more than 12 weeks.
account is deleted.(EXPIRY DATE FOR VALIDITY)

In case the account is not renewed within 12 weeks from the actual expiry date, the same will be permanently deleted and the User ID/Email ID can be allotted to any other customer on first come first serve basis.

HOW TO REGISTER
Configure dialup networking with access code 172222
Connect using "netone" as username and password
Fill in the particulars with your own telephone no. as username and password of your choice.
After successful registration disconnect the internet.
Now surf the net using your telephone no. as username.
Subscribers are requested to choose the SSA they belong to:.....
