i had used to get 200kbps download speed for 500 combo, i had changed the plan to 625 later back to 500 combo, now download speed has decreased to 50kbps.what is the problem?

Quite natural. Home 500 combo has 2 Mbps speed, where as UL 499 and UL 625 combo has 256 Kbps unlimited. So it is natural that there is a dip in speed. Go through this link

There is nothing you can do. If you want higher speed, switch back to Home 500 or an unlimited plan like ULF 900 or ULF 1000. Please mention your budget and how much bandwidth do you need per month. I use around 40 GB per month and do a lot of day time browsing. Hence I chose UL 750 which is 512 Kbps unlimited for Rs. 750 per month. Check the link I gave and compare the plan yourselves. If in doubt, feel free to ask.

you mean you were using 500C, then 625, now again 500C ??
