Dear Sir,
I am a Central Govt. SAG rank officer under Min. of Defence Production & Supplies, High Explosives Factory, Pune. I have BSNL broadband Plan 750 unlimited. For last 04 months my broadband services is precarious. During surfing every 3-4 minutes it is getting disconnected. Even if there is an incoming call, it gets disconnected. I have lodged not less than 50 complaints through their customer care and also personally spoken to officers of all rank & file, but my suffering continues without any relief. My record of complaints can very well be verified from the customer care records.
For last 02 weeks, apeculiar thing happens, after 6PM till next day 6AM the ADSL indicator is off and when I log in it shows an error code of "678".
I have telephoned and booked complaints nearly 05 times, but of no avail.
Now I am virtually fed up and wish that either the broadband connection be set right or else I should have 02 options: 01: To approach the consumer forum/ court. 02: To change the service provider, even though being a Senior Govt. Officer I may not like to do it.
An immediate action in this regard is requested please.
If BSNL can not manage BROADBAND services, then they should completely disband it, rather than taking there customers for a ride.
