Is it possible to share internet connection with mobile via bluetooth ??

Enter Bluetooth Dongle
Nokia 5233
BSNL 750 UL

Not sure about bluetooth, but you can share it through wifi.

sure could be done, but as the previous poster has said, wifi would be more better option..

unfortunately nokia 5233 is not wifi enabled...

HI I have tried connecting my lenovo ideapad netbook to my Nokia 2700 mobile thru Ca101 mini USB cable and browsed the net successfully.the speed is 512kbps.YOu may be aware Nokia C3 has wi fi.the cheapest mob with wi fi facility and a built in Opera mini browser.

please help me with procedure for Bluetooth interface to desktop for internet via PC
i have Bluetooth enabled between desktop and Nokia2700. Any possibility of sharing the broadband via the pc.

Hi I too have Nokia 2700 mobile and a bluetooth enabled laptop.I have tried to connect to internet via bluetooth thru Nokia PCsuite( which is a prerequisite to be loaded on to the Pc).it immediately tells you please connect mobile thru cable.I use Ca101 mini USB cable to connect mobile to laptop.it connects to internet in 10 seconds.but the speed is 512kbps only.So it is proof that bluetooth cannot carry heavy data traffic like wi fi though both operate at 2.4Ghz.You may know that a new technology Wi Fi Direct is now being evolved to overcome this problem and bluetooth may soon be outdated

Thanks Essbeebee !!! but our Nokia 2700 suupports Bluetooth.
no support however for wifi direct
.so hope to explore thro bluetooth.
it is not a must. while at home, we are not that busy that we cant reach the desk/lap top
