    Exclamation BSNL Broadband service down since 20th November

    Dear BSNL

    I live in Nala Sopara (W) one of the most popular Western Suburbs of Mumbai. I have a Hi-speed BSNL Broadband connection. Since 20th November the Broadband service is down. When enquired i was told by BSNL official that the OFC cable has been cut in between Kalyan and Vasai. But since so many days there is not a single sign of action taken to resume the Broadband Services. Such a big Govt. organisation, A Service provider who does'nt bother to resume services. If the same situation would have been arised in proper Mumbai that what would have been done. The full monthly bill will be charged for the services taken, but what about the services which we have not received. Please try to resolve the issue.

    Bsnl does not read threads posted on this forum and there is hardly anything us lot can suggest to overcome the problem you are facing.
    I would suggest getting a wireless connection for the time being to keep your self connected untill BSNL fixes the problem.

    This is site is in no way related to BSNL. We are an independent community for help in broadband and related services.

    Try complaining to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no. behind the backside of your bill.

    You need not pay rent if there is no connection. Hope you have registered the complaint and have a complaint no. . Lost the link, you can check with the accounts officer for discount. Also try talking to the Senior Divisional Engineer and report the problem. Call customer care and ask for his no.

    You can have NETONE BB service. confirm and check about BB position.

    apply for refund they r bound to refund money if bb connection is down for more than 3 consecutive days do an enquiry at bsnl office there is a chance of them misguiding u but dont let it go once this has happened with me as my connection was down for 24 hours and i was told that it would be down for some days i enquired for refund with PRO and to my wonders my connection was started before my reaching home keep all proofs and complaint ids with u good luck

    Question Since 20th nov my BSNL UL 750 connection is giving High Ping.

    Past few days have been horrible for me as my ping went upto 702 ms, which is giving me lot of trouble playing online games. Anyone has solution pls help.

    Try talking to Senior Divisional Officer. There is nothing we could do outside the set up. Call customer care and ask for his no.
