Try data.bsnl.in. You need a 14 digit portal ID to log in to the site. Once logged in, you will find a postpaid orders page. Enter your telephone no in the prescribed format (no need to enter service user ID ) and click " search orders ". Check for the plan status as provisioned and effective date.

In the same site, you will find a link called postpaid services. Here you can check the usage and Mb allotted.

Most of us use a bandwidth meter to keep an eye on the usage. Get one from Shaplus or Networx.

i only got one id to connect to net.i havent got portal id and password.
do u hv trivandrum customer care number.

Call customer care and ask for your portal ID. Usually, they keep it in their records. It is two minute business to get it.

i hd given application today for ruraluld500 plan.they said it will be activated soon.now i am getting download speed of 0.53mb/s . so wanted to double check it.
