Thread: how to apply for plan change !

i am on home 500 but i want to change it to bb combo 750 (no phone rent in this plan right?).
can i apply for plan change online ?
if not then what's the format of the application of plan change ?
did landline owner need to sign the application ?
approximately it takes how many days from bsnl side to switch plan ?
i want my plan change from next month january !
so at which date i should apply for plan change ?

Some portals offer online plan change. Not sure about its efficiency. Better apply at your local exchange. Applying in the last week of December will help you get the connection on 1st or first week of January.

Which portal do use to check usage details ? If data.bsnl.in, you cannot apply online. Give a written request.

To confirm :

Log in to data.bsnl using your 14 digit portal ID and check.

how to change password of bsnl broad band

You can change your USERID password in usage portal.
If your Id is xxxxx @ bsnl.in
Ask exchange for 14 digit usage portal Id and Pw as password.
try BSNL Portal
If your location is listed in any self care site register
http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in probably for A.P locations.
and wait for PW in your email.

In case you get connected to internet automatically,
the new PW has to be entered in the modem WAN page also.
