    Default am i getting wat i deserved????

    my telelphone bill says iam under the plan


    HOME500CP


    my bill comes around530 to 540 witout any xtra on landline calls as i am using below 250 free caalls



    but if it is really 500cp plan
    will it offer 2.5gb per month

    2mbps speed
    250 calls per month
    and 20 discount for govt employees



    if they r giving discount 20percent
    thn i should get bill in 400++ ruppes na
    so correct me if iam wrong that they r not gicving me any discount?????




    other doubt is
    may be iam in 625 ruppes plan so that 20 percnt dsicount comes around 540 rupees
    which of my statements r wrong

    500 combo plus has 2.5 GB limit. But they have recently renamed it as 600 Combo, so are you sure it is your plan ? Check in the " Orders " page and confirm.

    If you have submitted the documents for 20 % discount for government employees, you will get 20 % discount on any plan. Please check with the office where you gave the documents.

    MODEM is not rental
    and i submitted........
    i guess plan is 625 and they dint changed it on billl till now it seems

    service user id is ***@bsnl.in, if you are a data.bsnl.in user.
    *** is your BB username.

    No need to enter " service user ID ", simply enter the phone no. in the prescribed format. (Above instruction only for data.bsnl.in)

    Simply go to the postpaid orders page, enter the phone no. in the prescribed format. If your no is 022- 2234458, enter the no. as 22#2234458. No need to enter service ID. Try again and check.

    it is asking
    service user id coz wen i just enetered phone number
    0866#.........
    it says no records

    yes now i enetered correctly it seems


    my plan name is


    BBG FN Combo 600


    so it is billing printing mistake it seems
    it coming on bill as combo 500cp



    so for

    BBG FN Combo 600


    wat can we xpect
    like download speed ......

    500 C + is the old nomenclature. May be billing department has not update the name change. That is all

    1. Download any file from Microsoft and report here.

    2. Check with the accounts officer about the discount. If possible, go in person and ask for details.

    becoz i never crossed my bill more than 550 as plan states 600
    so i gueess iam getting discount for sure
    thnx mate
