    Default Port Forwarding

i currently use a beamcable internet 256 kbps unlimited connection
i have no serious problems with my connection ( i get download speeds of about 20-31 KBps and upload speeds of around 10)
but the only problem i have is that beam cable does not allow port forwarding for P2P file sharing and i use many torrents frequently but end up at speeds of 10 KBps unless the torrent is a very good one
I would like to know from u whether bsnl allows port forwarding (i.e for example a random port 19050 on my computer) so that i could shift from beam to bsnl
Please let me know and please do reply
DOES BSNL ALLOW YOU TO OPEN RANDOM PORTS FOR P2P FILE TRANSFERING
