    Default Torrent question

When using Torrent client, there are many request consetutive tot he internet.

    There is the question:
When i use VPN to connect these software to the internet, will be frequency of request decreased on my ISP side because of VPN tunel, and it will be somehow transformed and Proxy server takes the load and frequent queries?

Or requests are just processed twice because of proxy server?

    256 Kbps = 32 KBps , b = bits, B = Bytes

Hope you are not confused between the nomenclature.

    1. Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed here.

    2. This may help

it depends on your plan. It is right speed if u hv taken 256kbps plan.

One thing what I observe with torrent is that if the peers are restricting their download speed then, though you are having highest speed plan, you'll get slow speed. If such average speed is with all torrent, then its an issue and better lodge WRITTEN complaint with your local exchange.
