following window screen appear while log into bsnl.data.in & i am belonging into dhanbad region in jharkhand but there is no dhanbad in this screen
Are you sure your telecom site is Dhanbad ? May be circle has a different name. Normally the screen you got will appear when the user is shifted to self care portal. Check with your local exchange.
