    Default portal id problem

    i cannot access my portal id more then a weak by using previous password and user id.

    SET 1 :

    USERID/PW to connect to Internet
    Ip 117.xx.xx.xx
    set 2:
    Obtain from Exchange
    14digit portalID PW password to access BSNL Portal
    Set 3:
    If your location is listed in selfcare web sites
    Select and register with OWN ID PW will be sent by email to you.
    http://selfcare.ndc. bsnl.co.in (or edc sdc wdc)
    Set 4 :
    emailID/PW obtain from exchange.
    to access webmail.

    Use application NetworX to keep track of your usage from today.

    Which portal do you use ?

    data.bsnl.in or any of the self care portals ?

    You can ask for a password reset. Call customer care and make your request.

    following window screen appear while log into bsnl.data.in & i am belonging into dhanbad region in jharkhand but there is no dhanbad in this screen

    Are you sure your telecom site is Dhanbad ? May be circle has a different name. Normally the screen you got will appear when the user is shifted to self care portal. Check with your local exchange.

    Right to Information Act - PIOs and APIOs designated in BSNL
    Value addition in respect of Broadband Usage on mobile through SMS is
    implemented for all Broadband customers of Jharkhand Telecom Circle.
    To know the Broadband usage the customer has to send SMS in the
    following format,

    BBU<space><STD code><Landline No.>

    ---To 52295 from BSNL mobile
    ---To 9448077777 from other mobile


    You can also get an SMS alert when your monthly usage exceeds your
    monthly broadband usage limit. All you have to do is the register by
    sending an SMS

    REG <space><STD code><Landline No.>

    --- To 52295 from BSNL mobile
    --- To 9448077777 from other mobile

    "Registration should be done only once"
