    Question Bsnl bill problem ..pls help

    recently I changed my Broadband Plan from combo 500c to Combo home ul750 plan. But I'm surprise to see my bill this month. they are again charging me rs 750 as security deposit. at beginning of connection I paid Rs 500 as security deposit for combo 500c plan so now for UL 750 plan they should charge 750-500=Rs 250 according to me. also they don't added Rs 50 modem rental in this bill. please suggest me what to do?

    Did you purchased the modem recently ? May it is the security deposit of Rs. 500.

    You are correct, you need to pay only Rs. 250 as advance since you have already paid Rs. 500 for previous plan.

    Talk to the accounts officer and seek his assistance. He can send you a changed bill. Call customer care and ask for his no.

    Also try to post a scanned copy of bill while asking such queries. You can of course blacken your personal details.

    go to main office of BSNL in ur area, then go to Billing Section office and complain at there, if they found u r correct then, they will not give u the money back, but they will reduce it on upcoming bill.
    it was happen to me when i take a new broadband connection, mistakenly they charged me double of fixed deposit and modem price, my father first pay the bill and then complain it and they reduce it on coming up bill.

    Your first 500/- payment is Recurring Deposit for your telephone land line, So you need to pay additionally 750/- advance deposit for your new plan...
