Contact local JTO(BB) and ask him about the low speed. Port may have to be changed locally. Seems you are still on old speed port.

You can try :enable ANNEX M in modem also.

Assuming upgraded to 900plan on Dec 22nd
additional 150/3 ( difference ) Rs 50 to be paid for BB rent.
    Additional security deposit Rs 150/-
uSAGE PORTAL WILL SHOW in Summary on top
    0 KB..

Just a wild shot ! expected to work for high speed connections.!!!
Check the speed to which the modem is synchronised now.
    Page connection status.

divide data rate by 8 to get in KB/sec
http://*******************/index.php?topic=2444.0See under Mod mode menu Gdmt ADSL2 ADSl2 + etc.

upgraded on 23rd so i will get 750(old plan (+50+150 right?

A few others too had problem with the speed. Presume that the data cap is yet to be lifted. Talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer. He will be able to fix it.

    Bill amount :

    750 * (23/30) + 900 * (3/30)
