Thread: Teracom throttling torrents

I have an 512 unlimitted connection from BSNL.I recently switched my old Huawei for new Teracom Type 2 modem.The torrent speeds never cross 10 to 15 kbps that too only in bursts whereas I used to have a steady 50 - 60 kbps with my old modem.Though port forwarded, the speed is slow.Any help to fix this would be great.

Try torrents with enough seeds. Disable firewall and check.

Which mode are you using ? Try Bridge mode and check.

I use PPPoE LlcBridged always on mode.
