Default ut starcomm router as wi fi access point

    hi everybody,
    my first post here,
i have connected my old tata adsl router( eci b focus 342+) to bsnl broadband as adsl router. i now want to connect the ut starcomm wifi (bsnl type 4) as just wifi access point.
    basically i have 3 computers,
    one desktop and 2 laptops.
i just want wifi switched on when i want and desktop to be connected over ethernet.

with eci router with 4 ethernet ports,i have connected one to desk top and second port to bsnl router.

    now i have two problems-

1)eci router although configured and connected ,its through user account and not through Admin account.
i have reset the router but i am now able to use the default admin and password as password.i did call up tata adsl guys but they are of no use.

2)i changed default ip address of bsnl router to 192.168.2.1
and my eci router is 192.168.1.1 but i am now able to set this bsnl router as wifi access point.

can you help me in getting admin password for this eci router as i feel dhcp has to be enabled from admin account.

how do we connect all this?

    pls help.

i just want wifi switched on when i want and desktop to be connected over ethernet.
WA3002_g4 itself can be used for desktop and wifi mode.
.Check my signature link for this model . And select Chennai website.
Select PPP/PPPoE mode and enter userid/pw in modem itself.
Enable DHCP and give range say 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.10
    In desktop and laptop
    Network/Lan/Wlan/ properties
    network settings
    tcp/ip
    properties
    Obtain Ip address automatically.
You can restrict access to WIFI by using MAC filters.desktop.
and using security passwords (WPA etc )

Keep Focu342 unit programmed , as standby for Desktop.
