    WASTE OF TIME.
Use a dialer and enter any number of Bsnl userId and PW if you know.
    Find out if any !
Or you want to "STEAL" or free download, search Unsecured WIFI networks in your area.
    there any specific exchanges [cities].......
You intend to shift to those cities ?

    2. If you want to use Internet anywhere in India
from any BSNL telephone get a Sancharnet Internet card. . ID/PW of any one can be used.
speed just enough for mail etc.

By paying for the bandwidth that you want like the rest of us do.

You are asking for advice on how to commit fraud. The forum is not about crime. Please do not ask how to commit crime.

I guess there are dodgy forums out there. Find and visit them, but you'd better have confidence in your anti-virus/malware/etc protection!

Well first of all I am not committing any fraud as I myself own 3 BSNL connections out which 2 are unlimited plans &1 is 500C+ & the place where I am spending most of my time for now has the unlimited whereas I want greater speed for downloads without changing the plan here, so it was my query if I could use my other account here..!!!

    Only option:
You can opt to change the tariff plan with higher speed
to the location, where you spend most of the time.
Even if it is a business plan can be used at home.

    Location 1 : tariff plan U/L ___________________speed _______
    Location 2 : tariff plan U/L __________________speed _______
Location 3 : tariff plan combo 500C speed upto 2Mbps.
Say need higher speed and U/L at Location 3 .

Apologies for any offence. Over the years, I have seen so many posts on other forums from people who just want to get more than they are paying for.

OK... the answer is no, because your service at that place is the serice you buy at that location

This post of yours suggests otherwise. What would anyone understand from what you said? I wonder where you stole those "many" user name and passwords from.

Your claim of owning 3 Bsnl connecions and asking if usernames from from non portbinded exchanges would work at your exchange or not would not arise as anyone in their right mind would have tried it before coming to a forum such as this and asking questions pretending to be owning 3 connections. Do you not remember asking which exchanges are not portbinded?

    ----
Get a Bsnl 3g connection and use it to your heart's content all across the country.

Well 1st thing 1st I have 3 connections on my name in the city I presently reside in..!!!

& I have my cousins workin in Oracle & Infy in B'lore & M'lore respectively..!!!

They are so busy in work that they don't use except for FB & mailing, so they asked me to use it if I want to..!!!

In total I have 5 cousins with 3 in B'lore & 2 in M'lore, having a connection each, thus my Q if any particular cities aren't port binded cause if it is 1 amongst the above I can use them..!!!

Cause I know all centers in my city are port binded..!!!

Thus in total I have 8 connection which according to me is many..!!!

It's not you... it's everyone... but bound is the past tense of bind, not binded

Very funny. But there is no such word as "binded" in the dictionary. Nick_H is correct in that respect.

Regarding your main query, if your city/exchange uses port-bound connections, there is no way you can use someone else's connection - whether their city has port-bound connections or not.

This is because, when you are port-bound and connect to the internet, your user-id, password and telephone number are all used by the BRAS at the NIC of the exchange. When they do not match, you will be refused connection.

So check whether your connection is port-bound or not. A good working rule is that if your IP is 117.*.*.*, most likely your connection is bound to the network port at the exchange router.

If your port is not bound, then you may(?) be able to login using someone else's credentials.

When I had broadband in UK, there was never any login name or password, because the service was provided uniquely to that line. Somehow, BSNL, who came to ADSL a couple of years or more after other countries, did not think of implimenting it this way --- so we ended up with confusing terminology (port binding, in networking technology is something else), and a confusing system, not to mention bad English! Then I guess they realised that they had a big hole that people were exploiting, and set about changing it, but we are still stuck with the terminolgy.

So please don't worry too much about "binded" because, as I said, everyone here has adopted it. Perhaps it was bound to happen . Don't mind me: I'm just a pedantic Brit. Don't let's get inito the tenses of "mind"

Glad your question is solved, anyhow!
