Confused in unbilled details! I have Home 500c Plan and 1.5 GB Free limit and NU
MY DOUBTS:
1. I took Bfone connection on 20th of December. and broadband on 22nd. Can i use full 1.5 GB for December? When will be my plan renewed? Will it be on 1st of Jan or 22nd Jan?
2. How much will be the bill amount for December?
3. My unbilled usage as on date 29.12.10 is Rs.263.19. What actually is this?
Is it the amount that will appear on my bill?
Note:I remain in limits of 175 free calls.
Please clarify my doubts

No, you won't get 1.5GB. You will get 8/30 * 1.5 GB. You will be billed on monthly basis. The new bill will start from 1- 1 - 2011.Originally Posted by nitishdash

Excess bandwidth used beyond free limit ( 1.5GB/3= say 500MB) @ 80 paise /per MB
Modem rent if applicable.........
Installation charges ..............
Telephone calls ........
Telephone STD/ calls Security Deposit
Telephone rent if applicable
Tax at 10/3% etc.

No information about opting for a 4 Mbps plan .
Since 02AM to 0800AM usage is shown as ZERO
your plan is home 500C. ( 1.5 GB monthly quota )
Sometime they add the day usage of 31st to next months bill.
In the same web site , check your day usages. for period 22nd Dec to Dec 30th.
For January 2011
From the final summary deduct 1.5GB or 1536 MB as free day quota for Jan 2011 .

No, in my portal, these things are not appearing. I am confused whether I should use net in day time because u said that i can use approx 400 MB for this month?

will not do, and do not, do justice to the members who take the trouble to post detailed reply.
Firstly, your speed is upto 2 Mbps as per data usage posted by you.
Secondly
At the same time you have posted a speed result above 5 Mbps.
Thirdly
Presume you mean it is not registered in self care web site. Possibly you could not have applied for a plan change within a week.My plan is not getting renewed.
Para two:
use 1.5.GB day time ( if 500 c plan )
watch usage with NetworX , in case you cannot access self care pages regularly, ( also consumes your quota )
or web site sometimes not available.Usually in first week of each month.
Forget December 2010 and study usage data for Jan 2011

OOPS! I am sorry for giving trouble.
essbebe just say me one thing. Suppose I would have taken BB Connection on 1st of December and my usage was 1.4 GB (Excluding NU) when I checked on 31 st. So, On 1st of January, or 2nd, the reading of Usage would become 0 GB, right?
I am just confused in this fact that whether it would become 0 or my next usages would get added to 1.4 GB?
That's my problem.
And yes, I am on BBG FN 500 Combo plan. But, when I checked on speedtest.net, I saw my speed was 4.5-5 Mbps.

NO. For Dec 2010 billed DATA WILL SHOW THE SAME DATA FOR NEXT SIX MONTHS.On 1st of January, or 2nd, the reading of Usage would become 0 GB, right?

If you Check again Usage data for DEC/unbilled:
records not found..
Check for Jan /2011unbilled
probably you may get message data not available.
I had explained how the data shown, may be for the month of DEC2010 . from this you can deduct your free day quota at the rate of approx 50MB per day.
You can access the full data usage from the day your internet connection was activated ( say from Dec 22nd ). If there are other entries for day usage, add them up till Dec 31st. print out possible in Excel format.
Some selfcare websites show usage separately for time blocks
0200-0800AM night usage
0800AM to 0200AM day usage for all tariff plans.]
No need to switch off modem at 02AM and 0800AM
As informed earlier Networx can show your day usage only
on hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.

OKKK I did some calculations and found out my data usage upto Dec 31st was 396 MB.
So, should I forget about it and start using full 1.5 GB for January?????

Problem is partially solved.
Called up the local helpline number and the man said that i can use full 1.5 GB for Jan and my bill for december will be calculated for the 8 days in december only.
But 1 problem remains, when will i recieve my bill?
