Thread: BSNL Broadband with WRT54G

Hi,

I have night unlimited plan 500C+. My modem is UT300R2U which is connected to WRT54G router. How can I schedule a modem disconnect/Re-connect at 02:15 AM and 07:45 AM to safeguard for overbilling?

Check your usage portal and probably data usage is shown for the different blocks 0800AM to 0200AM and 0200AM to 0800AM.

data.bsnl.in and selfcare web sites seem to have diffferent format.

My usage meter automatically changes to these time blocks. There was no need to start/stop at 02AM and 0800AM..
Start modem say at 0720AM and surf till 0900AM. recheck usage readings.

If there is no issues in billing I am safe I guess

In last August I was over billed in night plan so changed my plan BBG COMBO 599. Though I got a more limit in this. I was not happy with the speed. So this month I changed back to BBG FN COMBO 600 hopping I will manage the additional download in night.

I have another question. As I am using the UT300R2U and WRT54G. Will I be able to use the bridge mode? Also, will the bridge mode will run utorrent?
