Thread: Horrible Packet Loss every 15-20 minutes

Every 15-20 minutes, at any time during the day or night; I get a string of packet losses (10-20 packets lost in a row). It's almost as if I get disconnected although the modem lights and connection status is ok.

Both snr and atten are fine. Line has been checked and is fine too.

Really annoying since any non-resumable downloads just get wasted over and over again.

after takeing image print out, to prove your observation.
perhaps they need to synchronise their network, it would have lost sync.
