Thread: Any1 from Chennai ?? problem with BSNL

Hey guyz I just BSNL broadband connection. I got the HOme 500 Plan which is 2MBPS connection. But am getting download speed of 20 kbps. Any reason y this happened ? I configured the modem on my own. Does it have to do anything with it ?

Are you talking about 20kbps or 20KB/s(approx. 160 kbps) ? If in case it is still 20kbps, then there is something to worry about...
