First, wish you all healthy, wealthy and prospering year 2011
I've applied for the change of BB plan. While tracking my order, in portal, it shows that the change is 'Provisioned' and my previous plan has been 'Closed'. 'Service Effective Date' for new plan has been shown as '02/01/2011'.
Shall I consider that my current plan has been changed and will be charged accordingly or is there any other way to see mine current plan anywhere? Please don't ask me to contact BSNL guys, rather I'd prefer to pay extra
Reason of above question or doubt is that in this forum only I read someone has been charged extra though the plan change was effective.
