    Post BSNL Excessive Bill Please help me guys

    Hello, I am from Lucknow Please guys help me. About bsnl excessive billing
    my plan was BB Home Combo 500.

    1. In August Bill Amount is Rs 3546.00 and show Usage in bill is 58.52 GB
    2. In September Bill Amount is Rs 6896.00 and show Usage in bill is 48.52 GB
    3. In October Bill Amount is Rs 13387.00 and show Usage in bill is 38.38 GB
    4. Then i change my plan to 750 Combo.
    5. In November Bill Amount is Rs 15155.00
    Total Amount is 15155.00.

    And the worst thing is i cannot see my usage details of these months on selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in and also on BSNL portal.

    Guys i wanted to pay the whole bill but first i want to check my usage details of these months same as i can see on BSNL Portal.

    Please help me guys you know how to check usage of BSNL with details when i run my internet , how much i download or upload and also on what time.

    Guys if i will not pay the bill you know what will happens?
    Please guys suggest me some options.

    Have you paid the bills till October 2010?

    Assuming Lucknow is listed in Loading Portal...
    could be edc also.
    1.
    Which ID you used ? did you get PW in your email ?
    Usage records Billed are available to BB user only for six months.
    2.
    Try BSNL Portal with a 14digit usage portalID PW as password (to be obtained from your Exchange.)
    If Exchange says register at selfcare site try again and post the error message.
    After trying above
    3.
    Make an ONline complaint , that you cannot access your usage records since Aug 2010 and being billed excessively.

    If am correct 750 Combo plan is purely unlimited data download plan.

    How they are charging this much

    I not pay the bill from august.

    Where i can online complain of usage record not accessed since august 2010

    In above all data for each date showing 0 KB ?
    summary also should show 0 KB or MB

    In the menu any choice to select BILLED Dec 2010 Nov 2010 etc.?

    Can you see your Orders page ? change of tariff plan Effective date ?

    You can make ONline complaint now.
    Probably data has been entered only from this month now for users.
    However BSNL Lucknow will have the records from NIB server for all Users for previous months.

    Talk to the accounts officer. If possible, visit BSNL office and tell your problem. It is strange that even after shifting to unlimited plan, you are getting huge bills. May be they have not activated the new plan. It all seems a serious error from BSNL side.

    Did you actually use those GBs of data ? If yes, try using only during 2 - 8 am slot.

    Most of us use a bandwidth meter to keep track of our usage. Make sure you have either a Shaplus or Networx meter installed.

    If nothing works, talk to the Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the backside of your bill.

    When you have reported that your portal is
    selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in and Lucknow is listed
    Check in selfcare portal.

    why do you check here?data.bsnl.in ( Not valid web site for you )

    Did you met him in person ? Phone call won't work. If needed, ask a friend who is good in negotiating to assist you. As mentioned above talk to the Nodal officer or Appellate authority.

    Did you registered at the portal ? Call customer care and ask them to provide the log in credentials.

    Click your profile and see any info about tariff plan CHANGE.

    Check your present BB speed and post the result link.

    I have one request
    IF I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL OF BSNL BROADBAND WHAT WILL HAPPEN.
    THEY FILE A CASE ON ME.

    first my tariff plan is changed.
    I have to "GUESS" it is now Home 750 Plan efffective date not known !!!!

    It is unfair on your part, not to post the details / screen shot etc here, for ref by other members/users, who access this thread now or later.




    better make a complaint as suggested.

    that access to Usage details since Aug 2010 denied to you due to change of portals. and unable to setttle bills.
    Your Telephone and connection will be disconnected any time now.
    Regd Post legal Notice etc may follow within three years !!

    If your BSNL ( Lucknow U.P) is as "effficient" allowing the connection , even when AUG 2010 bill has not been paid, probably nothing else may happen !!!!!!

    Upto six months unpaid bills can be settled.
    Scheme extended till 31st March 2011.

    Give an application and Get acknowledgment in your copy.
