I m from MP,Currently i m Airtel home 699 user,my download speed in working hour 15 and night 30 max(unlimited)..i wana use BSNL Broadband or migrat

PLz any one tell me witch plan is the best,fast and reliable "Home 500 or 900 ul",also tell me night unlimited(2am to 8am) max speed.I havely use torrents.

Y i m asking cos,i don't want to take any risk ..IT"S BSNL BROADBAND..
