    same reply applies here.
I think you have tried siemen's modem c2110 also. This firmware can be upgraded. Member @talktoanil has given detailed replies in a thread here.

For Port triggering menu: for port 82

    NAT Virtual server:
    192.168.1.1/scvrtsrv.cmd?action= ............. available.
    Port triggering:
    192.168.1.1/scprttrg.cmd?action=view missing
    DMZ:
    192.168.1.1/scdmz.html....................... availa.ble.
    etc

    Option 1 :
If you are confident of doing Firmware updates,
either for C2110 or wa3002-g4 please confirm, present
    FW version/s
Screen shot/s of Device info preferred.

    Option 2 :
As mentioned repeatedly here in this forum,
no PF needed when on Dialer mode.
use Antivirus and antimalware programs/applications. and a Firewall.

    Option 3 :
If the WA3002_g4 can be exchanged "as it is" with BSNL try it
use Antivirus and antimalware programs/applications. and firewall
    application.

    Option 4 :
    Try a proxy site. or
    browser Opera Turbo

    Option 5 :
Try to access modem/router menu via telnet

If nothing works, switch to Bridge mode. All ports are open by default.

You are trying Option 2 :

In WAN page Uncheck PPP/PPPoE and select Box "Bridged"
    Save/REBoot. wait for two minutes.
Use dialer, and and enter userId/PW in computer window.
Check your applications and see any difference .

You will find an option to choose between Bridge or PPPoE when you click " Edit " for the 0_35 entry in the configuration page.

Once in Bridge mode, you need to create a dialer and then enter the ID and password in it to connect to internet. You can get out of the connection by disconnecting the dialer or simply shutting down your system.

Main difference is that all ports are open and hence you do not need port forwarding or similar. But if you need to connect more than one system at the same time, one system must act as server and others as client connected to it. It is advisable to use a good firewall (whether in Bridge mode or not). I am having PPPoE mode and still using Zone alarm free firewall which is very efficient.

    Hope this helped.

No need to open any port. All ports are open by default.

I tried it already, got a error message, coz the port will forwarded till the utorrent is open, once i exit the utorrent, the port will be closed even... And the if i keep the utorrent open then i cant use the same port to other application...

Have you entered any values in port forwarding fields of your modem ? If yes, remove it and check. I am not sure if the same port can be used by two application at the same time.

Not sure why it is happening to you. In normal case, ports must be open by default. If you are using a firewall or antivirus, disable it and check.

Ya, unless Windows firewall has some settings to block your program, you should be able to use them without port forwarding.
