(1)Your outgoing calls will be blocked.
    (2)Later Incoming calls too.
    (3)Then disconnection.

    (4)
You will get a Registered Post in due course of time.
    (5)
and later a legal Notice for recovery.
    (6)
What ever Security deposits you had made will not be returned.
    (7)
If you had paid by cheque/ ECS/Online etc they will try to trace you.

    (8) Minister for Telecommunications will add these amounts as Bad debt and suggest surcharge on Honest users who pay their bills . ( Already BSNL running at a loss Like Air India etc).

I had given the application to BSNL office to Disconnect my landline connection with broadband.. now they had disconnected , took my telephone set and everything..
and gave me the security deposit of 900Rs. , The connection was 10 years old and at that time 900 was the secutiy deposit , and gave me the last month's bill of 3000
now i am asking that what if i will not pay that last bill,, because everything related to my phone is gone, no more bill will ever come..

    so .. plz tell

It was a mistake on BSNL 's part to have refunded any amount in your credit, without waiting for the current Bill. for final adjustment/settlement.

Their Internal Audit, will find out about this outstanding bill and BSNL will take steps to recover the amount from you as mentioned earlier..
Presume you had NO security Deposit for Broadband or for Modem usage.( outright purchase?)

If the amount is correct, (and you are not contesting it ) it is upto you pay or not to pay, and wait for BSNL to take action.
