WEN ADDING PHONE NUMBER IT ALWAYS SOWING FOLLWING MESSAGE

Error converting data type nvarchar to int.

How you entered the phone /?
check this way
stdcode+phone number
say 0802233445 ( *accepted)
or
802233445 (rejected)
or 080 2233445 ( rejected)
Max digits allowed may be 10.
Which Browser you use ?
In which web site your tried? ( 2nd link )
check sample entries.

All entries accepted also PHONE NUMBER)
but did not click submit

Window says
Invalid characters entered.

due to software problem

and from e seva portal it said........no consumer exists

Does cities in Vijayawada circle appear in the list in BSNL Portal
( can you log in with 14digit portal ID ?)
