Default bsnl portal shows no usage records

    Hello all.
Recently I got a broadband connection (activated around 2nd Jan) from bsnl(plan 500c). However, just from the first day when I scheduled for night download I have been fearing excessive usage. I have already posted a thread before regarding this matter and I am very thankful to members of this forum who guided me due to which I finally went to the exchange and now have got a 14 digit portal id. Using this id, I am able to log in at the at the relevant website.
The problem is that when I check the usage for January unbilled 2011, it shows "Sorry, no records found".
1.What does it mean? What should I do?
Also, I noticed that the field "Service User Id" doesn't show any valid 'value', if it is relevant. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
2.Also, is it true that initial 15 days are trial days and could it be due to this that "no records" is shown?

    Thanks.
But this was not my original question. My actual question was as to why does the bsnl portal site show "no records found" and what should I do?

It do so in beginning of the month. Hearing it first time that it is same on 17 th. That is the reason most of us use a bandwidth meter. You can call customer care and get your usage details. They have a different server having access only to BSNL staff.
