I have a compex MRL21E modem. How to connect it with my laptop through my wifi. My wifi has no problem but it does not show my network(my modem). I tried to configure my modem many times but there is no option of wireless lan. I am using broadband 750 plan. PLS PLS help me...

you need another wifi router :
Example : Netgear WGR614V9 wifi router with 4 lan ports.

or get a 3 in one modem+4lanport + wifi router from BSNL.

Your modem MRL21E is similar to Ut300r2U.

Models may differ but procedure is same.

Usually/Normally:
(a)You should be connected in "ALWAYS ON" PPP/PPPoE mode
( userId/PW entered/stored in modem wan page)
(b) enable DHCP in LAN menu page.

but in its box it is written that we can connect it thro wlan

Usually old wifi routers will have an Antenna.

You need a wifi router such as netgear wgr614
and a WLAN PCI card for desktop or
WLAN Pcmcia ( smaller in size) for laptop.

Some laptops have built in WLAN ethernet card.
