Exclamation cant access my hosted website from outside

im running a web server on my comp on port 80. it can be accessed when i type 192.168.1.3
but when i use my wan ip address, i cant access it.
port 80 is already forwarded in my router

but i noticed a strange thing. when i connect via dialer, everything works normally.
the site becomes inaccessible only when i connect in pppoe(always on) mode.

    router model- dareglobal db 108

Have you tried No-IP or Dyndns ? I hope it will help you host a site with dynamic IP.

Your modem db108 is same as Beetel 220BX group.
Presume you are on "Always On" PPP/PPPoE mode
    (c)
In Advanced options check under NAT
    Virtual server/Port triggering/ settings.
    DMZ not recommended.

    From modem menu page:
    Dynamic DNS

The Dynamic DNS service allows you to alias a dynamic IP address to a static hostname in any of the many domains, allowing your DSL router to be more easily accessed from various locations on the Internet.

Choose Add or Remove to configure Dynamic DNS.

    Check with another modem

my modem doesnt have the dynamiv dns option.
and i dont think ddns is at all related to my question.

im unable to access my site from wan ip n im sure im typing the correct ip. well, this might be a problem with port forwarding, even though it is enabled.

    done... hurray

i resetted my crappy modem once again (maybe for the 9th time in this week), but this time i ddnt enable SRA from dsl settings. this solved my port forwarding problem.

well, i want to ask, does SRA have any link with port fwding, or its just a bug in my exquisite made in china router? cause im damn sure that port frwd began to work only after disabling sra.
