I am getting speed of 265 kbps and second time 365 kbps. why it is like this. Moreover in pingtest.net ,it is coming as D grade. Concering, what to do?
Post your SNR and attenuation values. Get your line checked by the line man. Ask him to remove joints and non insulated parts.
Might be between 50kBps-60kBps
Where is SNR and attenuation values?
In your modem under ADSL menu item.Where is SNR and attenuation values?
My 750 UL+ has returned to old speeds, what's going on??

SNR and attenuation are good. Try GDMT and check.
Disable firewall/antivirus and check.
Disabled antivirus/firewall

Speed test result from speedtest.net seems fine. Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed.
Since when are you facing this problem ? May be some error at port in the exchange. Try talking to some at the exchange. If possible, contact SDE and seek assistance.
Speeds from microsoft seem fine but are barely reaching 12KBPS for any other site
tested with US server in speedtest

Microsoft servers are the best. If it is working fine means connection is fine. Are you referring to file sharing sites ? This may help

If nothing works, speak to SDE. Or
A written complaint to Nodal officer and /or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the backside of your bill. You can call them and seeks assistance.
*speed is confusing
Speed test result vary a lot. You can try downloading a file from Microsoft and check your speed.
50-60 kbps, way too slower than limited plans... they give me upto 230 kbps
