Thread: peoples having low download speed between 2 to 8 A.M.

I am having serious downloading issues between 2 to 8 A.M..Does anyone else having that kind of problem.Please mention your area.I am living in Uttarpara, i.e. Hooghly district.The strange thing is no speed issue is observed when i open
calcuttatelephones.com or when i check my usage.I think consumer forum is the only way to solve this.If they cannot provide the service then they must simply stop the service.Please reply someone.

what kind of speed do you get between 2am and 8 ?

5kbps-20kpbs download speed, but when i check my speed using speakeasy-speed test they say my download speed is 367kbps, i don't get it.And lastly utorrent is giving the speed of 2-15kbps.And i get a very slow surfing experience,however for calcuttatelephones or when icheck my usage(10.240.43.216) this websites open up very fast.i don't get it.
