Rep Power: 3 | Port binding is done at the server in the Exchange . As I understand , we can not do anything to disable port binding . In particular , all BSNL unlimited dataone connections and most of the business plans are tied with the concerned phone number . They work only thru the particular phone line after the verification ... |
