Thread: BSNL BB Not working from yesterday (25 Jan, 2011)

Hello guys,

I have BSNL 625 UL connection. and my modem is UTStarcom WA3002-g1 (wi-fi type II)

Yesterday it suddenly stops working during downloading (Wi-Fi). When I noticed I thought its a minor problem.

Then I restart the system and restart the modem but does not effect.

Then I tried to reset the modem.

Tried both PPPoE and bridge mode. Does not work any of them.

Neither working on LAN nor wifi. All lights are glowing.

Configuration settings are fine (it suddenly stop during downloading), i think its the backend problem.

Even I tried to register complaint at 1500 yesterday but no response and today is holiday at BSNL office

Anyone experiencing the same problem ? Region is punjab (jalandhar)

Oh suddely after 24 hours and 21 minutes it starts working :P

Might be a problem at your exchange. Take a back up of current setting for future use.
