Please mention your telecom circle. Mostly we use data.bsnl.in. You need a 14 digit portal ID to check your usage. Password is generally password. Log in and then take " post paid orders ", enter the phone no. in the prescribed format and hit " search orders " (no need to enter Service User ID).

If you are using one of the self care portals, you need to register there and then log in to get the details.

If u want to know bb plan, check ur phone bill, it will clearly indicate the plan,or call the help desk and ask for the plan . Where is ur bb working, If u r a Bangalorean, definitely, 18004241600 helpline will tell u which plan u r in. If u r put up anywhere near CSC, u can enquire.

I am from Karnataka circle, we get a good response from any customer service centre or helpline no . To which circle do you belong, If KTK, definitely, i can help u know ur plan if u give ur telephone no. Actually in the bill, u may be able to figure out, if not just mention how they bill for broadband, i can tell ur plan.
