Ask the line man to check your lines. Make sure there are no joints and non insulated part. Make sure SNR and Attenuation are good.

Give details of your modem. Make/model/number.

Uncheck box ( IN DSL menu ) adsl2+
check SNRAttn again. ( bitswap selected )

    Then adsl2 . re check snr/attn

    GDMT selection preferred.
Check cable connectors are not blackened/rusted
    Try new short cable/s
Check in any other BSNL phone port extn ( if available )

It is a line issue. SNR and attenuation values are very poor. Ask the line man to remove joints and non insulated part. If possible, supervise and make sure they do the same.

Poor SNR and attenuation values means poor line condition. I cannot confirm that it will fix the line. But practically, it should fix the line.

    SNR Margin (dB) 7.3 7.1
    Attenuation (dB) 50.5 48.2
    mention your model/number .
Check my signature link and select your modem.
In the page you posted there should
be an entry reg Modulation mode selected.

is it Adsl2 Adsl2 + Uncheck both and keep GDMT etc .
    Check in modem menu pages
    (Advanced setup/ DSL page possibly)
or a box with option to select mod mode. GDMT

SNr higher number above 10dB d/l
    and
Attn lower number preferred less than 30 dB d/l

Try talking to the SDE. If possible take a screen shot of SNR and Attenuation values and show him.

If nothing works, try a written complaint to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no behind your phone bill. You can also call them and seek help.
