Need help choosing a BroadBand Provider

Hey guys

I m from Sri Lanka and very soon will be in India to do my UG studies.
At home here I m having an unlimited 1Mbps connection which i use mainly for gaming and downloading. I download around 15 GB per week on average and play with a decent ping of around 20-25 on 1000/500 fps servers.

So the question is this which Broadband provider in India provides service such as what I 've mentioned above or better for a very affordable price. Since I might not play very much online and move around quite a lot, a wireless dongle will really meet my needs.


btw The faster the connection the better

You can try 3G services at the area you are planning to stay. BSNL has already started their 3G services, so has Airtel and a few other service providers like Tata Docomo. But these plans may have high latencies and may be a shared IP. Please mention the place which you are planning to say. Users from those area can give a better idea.
