Dear Experts,
I have BSNL broadband connection through modem model AR800v V3.0. The problem is I can see my wi-fi signal with excellent strength but i am not able to connect to it. I am able to use internet through cable.
Without cable if I try connecting to wi-fi, i get the limited or no connectivity on the wi-fi icon.
I tried changing the network key and connecting but the same problem is occuring. I can see my friends wi-fi signal and I am able to connect to his network.
I live in Bangalore and tried calling BSNL customer care but I am always on the 'Q' untill the line is disconnected.
Can someone help solve my problem
