    1. Try the following DNS values

    208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8

    2. Which browser do you use ? Try a different one and check.

    3. Check your SNR and Attenuation values.

    4. If nothing works, reset the modem and reconfigure it.

Use the DNS I suggested. For SNR and Attenuation values,

    1. Type 192.168.1.1 in your browser.

    2. ID and password is admin.

    3. You will find the values in the landing page.

    Try another browser and check.

Yes, nothing wrong in it. If you want, you can try both as Open DNS. The values are 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220.

    This may help

    http://www.indiabroadband.net/broadb...tml#post284804 (192.168.1.1 No access !)

or Simply put these values in the TCP/IP properties of your connection.

    IP address : 192.168.1.2
    Sub net mask : 255.255.255.0
    Default gateway : 192.168.1.1

May be the reset is not proper. Try resetting again. You need to press hold the switch for at least 30 seconds when the modem is ON.

    Try " Repair ".

right click on connection to repair

u need not access net to go to modem config page.
    ok try this

    1. reset your modem properly.for some routers, it takes 30 secs.all lights will blink together after reset and config page will show that it is rebooting
    2. when you r dialling, check if your ethernet is connected or not.this is very basic and very common.b sure to do this.
    3. reinstall ur ethernet driver and check from device manager it the correct ver is installed or not
